Dickinson College has announced the 2016 Athletic Hall of Fame class to be inducted during homecoming weekend, on Saturday, October 29th. Recently retired director of athletics, Les Poolman will be inducted, along with three outstanding former student-athletes. Classmates Emily Hulme '06 (Cross Country/Track & Field) and Brian Read '06 (Men's Lacrosse) will join Deb Wiediger-Strecker '00 (Softball). In addition, the 2005 women?s soccer team will also be honored

The mission of the Dickinson College Athletics Hall of Fame is to sustain the legacy, promote and celebrate those individuals and teams who have made outstanding contributions to Dickinson College Athletics and have helped to bring recognition, honor, distinction and excellence to Dickinson College and its intercollegiate athletic program.

To be eligible for consideration, the nominee must be a graduate of at least 10 years. Individuals that are not a graduate of the college must have completed their careers at Dickinson.
