(Carlisle, Pa.) – Dickinson senior Brian Cannon (Reisterstown, Md./Loyola Blakefield) became the all-time point leader in the history of the Red Devil program, scoring the 219th point of his career on Wednesday night at Biddle Field.

The Red Devils celebrated senior night, and celebrated again with a 17-4 dismantling of Muhlenberg College. Dickinson jumped out to 4-0 lead, triggered by a goal from Tyler White (Philadelphia, Pa./Penn Charter) at the 12:23 mark.

Sophomore Kobi Frankel (Kinnelon, N.J./Kinnelon) finished an assist from Chase Phillips (Charlottesville, Va./Monticello) before senior Will Scott (Emmaus, Pa./Emmaus) and Greg Shildkrout (Dresher, Pa./Germantown Academy) tallied unassisted goals.

The Mules got on the board with 5:38 remaining in the quarter on a goal from Austin Akner. Shildkrout answered with an assist to Brett Parker (Baltimore, Md./St. Paul's School) with just one second remaining in the period.

Cannon broke the school point mark with 11:40 remaining in the second period, finding the net off an assist from Chris Menard (South Hadley, Mass./South Hadley) for the 219th point of his career. Menard fed Brian Gleason (Darien, Conn./Darien) at the 10 minute mark, and Gleason paid it forward with an assist to first-year Tyler Llewellyn (Cockeysville, Md./Loyola Blakefield), with 9:23 on the clock.

Cannon picked up another point with an assist to White, and Greg Castro (New Fairfield, Conn./New Fairfield) won a face-off and tallied a goal to close out the half with the Devils on top, 10-1.

Parker struck again to open the second half, and Llewellyn scored back-to-back goals the 11:58 mark and again at 10:37, finishing a beautiful assist from long pole senior Kevin Leary (Guilford, Conn./Guilford).

The Mules sandwiched a pair of goals around a strike from Menard to make the score, 14-3, at the end of the third.

The Devils scored three straight to start the final stanza. Senior Nolan Funchion (Ambler, Pa./La Salle) found twine with 11:03 remaining. Junior Colin Farrell (Newtown Square, Pa./Malvern) closed things out with back to back goals before Casey Gill scored the fourth for Muhlenberg.

Cannon overtakes Lael Campbell's '94, twenty-year record of 218, adding two points on the night. Llewellyn finished with a hat-trick as 14 Red Devils notched a goal or assist.

Senior Carter Moore (Virginia Beach, Va./Norfolk Academy) won 13-of-14 face-offs and controlled 10 ground balls. Castro won a pair of face-offs and first-year Tyler Golian (Centreville, Va./Gonzaga) won 3-of-4 and controlled three GBs.

The Red Devil defense held the Mules to just 15 shots through the first three periods. Senior Max Pawk (Sewickley, Pa./Sewickley Academy) came on in goal, making nine saves in 25 minutes of action. Nick Baxter (Boxford, Mass./Governor's) made a pair of saves and Palmer Murray (Baltimore, Md./Gilman) also played well in the nets.

The Red Devils improve to 8-6 overall and 5-2 in the Centennial Conference. The Red Devils travel to Franklin & Marshall on Saturday to face the Diplomats at 3:00 pm.
