Men's Squash Falls at #11 George Washington

(Washington, D.C.) – The Dickinson men's squash team, ranked 22nd in the College Squash Association national poll, suffered a 9-0 setback at #11 George Washington University on Sunday.

First-year Finn Trimble (Whangarie, New Zealand/Whangarei) moved into the top flight and put up a battle, falling (11-8, 14-12, 13-11).

First-year Tanay Murdia (New Fatehpura Udaipur, India / Delhi Public School) challenged in the four spot (11-5, 11-9, 11-9) while Andrew Strudwick (Lake Forest, Ill./Lake Forest) went (11-6, 11-9, 13-11), falling in the seventh and Vincent Warzecha (Chester Springs, Pa./Malvern Prep) (11-8, 11-4, 11-6) in the eighth.

The Red Devils slip to 2-4 on the season. They travel to Western Ontario on January 11, for a 5:00 pm start.
