Men's Squash Sweeps Amherst/Wesleyan

(Amherst, Mass.) – The #17-ranked Dickinson men's squash team continued its three day road trip, topping host, #24-ranked Amherst College, 6-3, and Wesleyan University, 9-0, on Friday afternoon.

First-years Finn Trimble (Whangarei, New Zealand/Whangarei) and Frank Goossens (Schaarbeekstraat, Amsterdam / Vossius Gymnasium) posted 3-1 wins in the top two flights in the Amherst match, and the Red Devils claimed the four, five and six spots by 3-1 scores as well.

First-year Osuman Imouro (New Haven, Conn./Trinity Pawling) went 3-0 in the eighth flight of both matches.

Trimble and Goossens added 3-0 wins against Wesleyan as well while Cory Litman (Lower Merion, Pa./Lower Merion) and Alex Wattles (Millbrook, N.Y./Millbrook) swept the fourth and fifth flights, and Zachary Hollander (Albany, N.Y./Millbrook) went 3-0 in the ninth.

The Red Devils move to 6-6 on the season. They are back in action tomorrow morning, facing the U.S. Naval Academy at 8:00 am.
