Red Devils Remain Unbeaten With 7-1 Win

(Carlisle, Pa.) – The Dickinson women's soccer team scored in the first four minutes en route to a 7-1 win over visiting Mt. St. Vincent on Saturday afternoon at Miller Memorial Field.

First-year Tara Dedrickson (Pasadena, Md./Chesapeake) put the Devils on the board, scoring off an assist from classmate Ellie Harris (Cabin John, Md./Walt Whitman), just 3:54 into the match.

The Red Devils tallied three more goals in the first half to lead, 4-0, heading into halftime. They would tack on three more after the break while Mt. St. Vincent's Erin Dailey spoiled the shutout, hitting a long, well-placed shot into the corner of the net.

Sophomore Elizabeth Krause (West Chester, Pa./Bishop Shanahan) found the net twice on the day to lead the Red Devils in scoring. Harris added another assist, feeding Krause on her first goal in the 34th minute.

Junior Killian Donohue (Bronxville, N.Y./Bronxville) served a beautiful assist to classmate Olivia Termini (Mountaintop, Pa./Crestwood) for the Devils' second goal of the night. Donohue has recorded one goal and three assists on the year, all coming off set pieces.

Jessie Anker (Dobbs Ferry, N.Y./Dobbs Ferry) and Sienna Zittle (Shillington, Pa./Governor Mifflin) added goals for Dickinson and Rachel Lazris (Ellicott City, Md./Wilde Lake) converted a penalty kick to round out the scoring.

Mary Katherine Brosnan (Old Tappan, N.J./Northern Valley Old Tappan) made four saves in the nets for Dickinson while Elizabeth Martin stopped 11 shots for the visitors.

The Red Devils (4-0) return to action tomorrow, hosting Penn State Berks on Miller Memorial Field at 5:00 pm.
