(Carlisle, Pa.) – Dickinson seniors Olivia Lyman (Mount Kisco, N.Y./Horace Greeley) and Katie Schmidt (Plymouth, Minn./Breck School) were named to the 2019 All-Centennial Conference Swim Team, announced on Thursday afternoon.

Lyman had a great weekend in her final championship appearance. She earned a pair of First-team honors, winning her fourth-straight conference-title in the 500-yard freestyle and capturing her third-straight title in the 1650-yard free event. She was also named to the All-Centennial Conference Sportsmanship Team.

Lyman qualified for the 2019 NCAA Division III National Championships in Greensboro, N.C. on March 20-23. She will have a busy weekend, competing in the 200, 500 and 1650-freestyle events.

Schmidt swam to First-team honors in the 200-yard backstroke and received honorable mention with a second-place finish in the 100-yard backstroke. She broke her own school record in the 100-backstroke, clocking a time of 57.44. She added two more school records over the weekend, swimming the lead leg of the 200 and 400-yard medley relays. This is Schmidt's second conference title after capturing the 200-backstroke in 2017.

The Red Devils had a great season, finishing the dual-meet schedule with an overall record of 9-4.
