Wilson Wins, Red Devils Claim Second at Home Invite

(Carlisle, Pa.) – The Dickinson men's golf team turned in a great performance at its home invitational on Monday afternoon, finishing just two strokes behind Drew University at the Carlisle Barracks Golf Course. The Rangers combined for a score of 294 while the Red Devils came in with a 296 on the day.

First-year Brandon Wilson (Perry Hall, Md./St. Paul's School) led the way, earning medalist honors with a low-round of 69.

First-year Peter Lown (Portsmouth, N.H./Portsmouth) and sophomore Drew Stern (Yardley, Pa./St. Joseph's Prep) tied for fifth with scores of 74 while sophomore William McCann (Madison, N.J./Morristown-Beard) was just one stoke back with a 75.

First-years Will Giguere (Providence, R.I./The Wheeler School) and Joseph Hudak (Phoenix, Md./St. Paul's School) carded rounds of 78 and 81 for the Red Devils.

The Red Devils return to action this weekend, traveling to the McDaniel Fall Invitational on Saturday and Sunday.
