#16 Navy Tops Red Devils to Remain Unbeaten

(Annapolis, Md.) – The Dickinson men's squash team fell to the #16-ranked U.S. Naval Academy, 7-2, on Sunday afternoon.

Sophomore Sergio Martin (Queretaro, Mexico/Redwood, Calif.) overcame a 2-0 deficit to win a tight match in the second flight (5-11, 9-11, 11-8, 11-9, 11-9).

Classmate Osuman Imouro (New Haven, Conn./Trinity Pawling) won his second straight match in straight sets, moving into the eight spot to claim a (11-8, 11-5, 11-5) decision.

Junior Abdelrahman Elsergany (Cairo, Egypt/Kent School, Conn.) dropped a hard-fought battle in the top flight. He rebounded from a slow start and won the second and fourth sets 12-10 before falling in the fifth, (11-4, 10-12, 11-7, 10-12, 11-7).

Cory Litman (Lower Merion, Pa./Lower Merion) went five sets in sixth flight (9-11, 11-6, 10-12, 11-9, 11-5) and Zachary Hollander (Albany, N.Y./Millbrook) won a 3-1 decision in the 10-spot.

Navy improved to 10-0 while the Red Devils fall to 0-4 on the season. They travel to Wesleyan University to face Hobart College and Colby on December 1st.
