INSTRUCTIONS FOR MEET ENTRY

1.   Complete the entry form for the appropriate meet date 

2.   Please enter an estimated performance to aid in setting up appropriate sections for the events. If you do not enter an estimated performance that athlete will be seeded with the least competitive performers. 

3.   All entries are due Wednesday, March 21st at 12 midnight. No additional entries will be permitted after this time. 

4.   A performance list of entries will be posted on the Dickinson College T&F website on Thursday. Scratches will be accepted until 5:00 pm Friday. You may delete athletes on the morning of the meet, but no additions will be made on Saturday. If an athlete’s or relay’s status is in question, make the entry and a deletion can easily be made by Friday at 5:00 pm or at the meet.

Scoring: 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1 in all events. One relay entry per institution shall score. 

Entries: (Direct Athletics) Open Monday, April 2 and closed Monday, April 14 @ 5:00pm.  The entry fee is $200.00 per team ($400.00 for your school) or $15.00 per individual entry. 

Trainers: Trainers will be available at the stadium. Please bring your own supplies. 

Check-In: Check-in for the running events will be at the Check-in Tent behind the finish line. Please have your athletes check in by the second call for their event. Field event competitors check in at the event upon the first call. 

The Track: Eight-lane all-weather surface. ¼” Pyramid spikes are allowed. 

Starting Blocks: Blocks will be supplied 

Restrooms: Will be available in the Kline Center and by the stadium.

Due to the planned construction of permanent restrooms this summer we have only access to temporary restrooms.  

Results: Results will be tabulated as the meet progresses and will be available on the Press Box shortly after each event. Results will be FAT and should be available at the meet conclusion. 

Staggers: 800m-1-turn stagger. 4x400 relay-3 turn stagger. 

Starting Heights: Starting heights will be determined based on the entries and may be adjusted by the official at the event to accommodate the athletes. 

Relay Cards: Turn in upon first call 

Notes: This will be a no-scratch meet. Final scratches need to be made when you arrive at the meet site in order to confirm your entries. If an athlete does not compete in an event in which they are entered with an honest effort they will be DQ'd for the remainder of the meet.
