(Carlisle, Pa.) – The Dickinson women's cross country team had two runners earn All-Centennial Conference honors at the 2018 Championships.

Sophomores Emma Johnston (Pelham, N.Y./Pelham Memorial) and Isabel Cardi (Media, Pa./Strath Haven) both received Second-team honors, placing eighth and 11th in the individual standings.

Johnston was one of the Red Devils top two runners all season and placed fourth or better in the first four meets of the season. She placed second in the long race at the Dickinson Invitational and was third overall as the Red Devils captured an unprecedented 25th consecutive Little Three Championship.

Cardi joined the Red Devils this fall and has had a major impact on the program. She won the individual title at the Little Three Championships and was one of the teams' top three runners all season.

The Red Devils turned in a great performance to capture second place at the Centennial Conference Championships. They had a great start to the season, opening with four straight team titles and a second-place showing at a very competitive Invitational at Connecticut College.

Senior Lucile Ionescu (Maple Glen, Pa./Upper Dublin) was named to the All-Centennial Conference Sportsmanship team.

The Red Devils return to action this Saturday, competing at the NCAA Mideast Regionals at De Sales.
