(Myrtle Beach, S.C.) – The Dickinson men's golf team posted a dual-match win over Gettysburg College on Tuesday. The team joined individuals from Tiffin University for round at the Fazio Course on the Barefoot Resort.
Sophomore Chris Noonan (Durham, N.C./Cardinal Gibbons) earned medalist honors with a low-round of 71. He turned in low scores on both the front and back nine (35-36) to earn the honor. Gettysburg's Morgan Arturi was second with a round of 79 on the day.
Junior Brian Palm (Lansdale, Pa./North Penn) was third, just one stroke behind Arturi, turning in a card of 80. Arthur Worthington (Owings Mills, Md./Gilman) placed sixth with an 81, a stroke ahead of first-year George Voris (Winnetka, Ill./New Trier Township). Linn Worthington (Owings Mills, Md./Gilman) shot a round of 85 to place in the top 12.
The Red Devils are scheduled to host the Dickinson Spring Invitational on March 20th, at the Blue Ridge Country Club in Harrisburg.
