CAREER HIGHLIGHTS:

Freshman Year (2012-2013)

INDOOR: Cook began his Red Devil career posting a personal best of 38.57 seconds for third place in the 300m at Dickinson’s DuCharme Invitational. Additionally, Cook earned a second place finish and hit a season best time of 2:08.86 in the 800m. At the Susquehanna Invitational, Cook ran to his freshman indoor PR of 56.97 in the 400m.

OUTDOOR: Cook ran to another PR in the 400m at the Centennial Conference Championships, posting a time of 53.69. Cook also hit an all time PR in the Triple Jump with a jump of 11.80 meters, which earned him 14th place at Shippensburg’s annual Paul Kaiser Classic.
