  • Title
Mental Performance & Leadership Development Coach

Rorke joined Dickinson College in 2023 to establish a mental performance and leadership development program for the women’s basketball team, but his role has since expanded into an on-court coaching position. He has contributed to the Red Devils’ back-to-back Centennial Conference semifinal appearances, while also helping student-athletes earn individual recognition such as the Centennial Conference Defensive Player of the Year and All-Region honors during the 2023–24 season.

He integrates mental performance principles into daily training to elevate confidence, communication, and competitive habits, contributing to success on the court, in the classroom, and within the local community.

A certified Mental Performance Coach, Rorke also serves as Head Coach and Director of Culture & Mental Performance for Team Pennsylvania, helping shape one of the region’s top AAU programs. He brings additional expertise as a veteran NCAA Division I Men’s Basketball official, working primarily in the Southeastern Conference (SEC), along with several other Division I conferences, and has been selected for four consecutive NCAA Tournaments (2022–2025).

Rorke holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Bloomsburg University.
