In the spring of 2001, the Lehigh University softball coaching staff was named NCAA Division I East Region Coaching Staff of the Year.

Richwine returned to Dickinson in 2001. Since returning, he has coached several All-Centennial Conference (CC) performers including two CC Players of the Year (2007 and 2008), and the CC Pitcher of the Year in 2011 and 2019. Richwine has produced 68 All-Conference players since 2001, placing five on the All-CC team in 2004 and again in 2013.

The Red Devils won their first Centennial Conference Championship in 2010, earning a bid to the NCAA Tournament, and returned to capture the regular season title in 2011. He recorded his 200th career win and 100th Centennial Conference win in 2013. Richwine eclipsed the 300-win milestone in 2019, leading the Red Devils to another title, earning Centennial Conference Coach of the Year honors.

He will enter his 25th season in the spring of 2021 with an overall mark of 359-452 and a CC record of 169-193.
