Dickinson College

Alexa Barbush has recently been named an assistant coach withthe Dickinson women's basketball program. A 2013 graduate ofFranklin & Marshall, Barbush joins a pair of F&M graduateson the Red Devil bench. She joins the staff following anoutstanding playing career in both basketball and lacrosse.

Barbush received honorable mention on the DIII News All-AmericaTeam in 2013. The All-America selection is the second of hercareer. This season the senior guard has received honorable mentionon the 2013 WBCA Coaches' Division III All-America Team,D3hoops.com All-Region Second Team honors, a spot on the ECAC SouthRegion All-Star Team and a place on the All-Centennial Conference(CC) First-Team.

Barbush led the CC in points per game with 19.2 and steals pergame with 3.1 as a senior. She ranked fourth in assists with 3.5per outing and shot 42.7 percent from the floor on the season.

Barbush finished her career as the school's all-time leader insteals (338), steals per game (3.3), free throws attempted (572)and is tied for first in games started (101). Her 1,486 careerpoints total is good for sixth all-time, and her 14.6points-per-game average ranks 10^th in programhistory.
