(Chestertown, Md.) - The Dickinson College women's volleyball team posted a decisive 3-0 decision in Saturday afternoon's matchup at Washington College to close out their season on a high note. The Red Devils opened with a 25-21 win in the first set and posted scores of 25-17 and 25-19 to close out the match.
First-year standout Grace Morgan (York, Pa./York Suburban) led the Devils with a match-high 26 assists, adding a team-high 14 digs and one kill.
Junior Kaylee Britain (Wayzata, Minn./Blake) had a pair of blocks, added three kills, three service aces, and three digs. Classmate Joanna De Castro (Far Hills, N.J./West Morris Mendham) tallied nine digs and eight service aces.
Sophomore Avery Zuvic (Cold Spring, N.Y./Haldane) had a match-high 14 kills, added one service ace and seven digs while classmate Jessy Cooper (Chantilly, Va./Chantilly) tallied seven kills and two digs.
Washington's final record is 10-20 overall and 2-8 in the Centennial Conference. The Red Devils conclude the season with an overall record of 6-16 and 3-7 in the CC.
