Box Score (St. David's, Pa.) – The Dickinson women's soccer team improved to 3-0-1 on the season with a 3-0 win at Eastern University on Saturday. The Red Devils took a 1-0 lead in the first half and scored at both ends of the second.
Sophomore Olivia Termini (Mountaintop, Pa./Crestwood) put the Red Devils on the board, bending a free kick around the wall and into the back of the net from about 25 yards out, with just over 20 minutes remaining in the first half.
Termini tallied her second of the game, four minutes into the second half. She collected a loose ball at the top for the area and lofted another well place shot over the goalkeeper and into the upper corner of the net.
Sophomore Briona Davis (Franklin Park, N.J./Franklin) found the back of the net off a great pass from Elizabeth Krause (West Chester, Pa./Bishop Shanahan) with just 55 seconds remaining to give the Red Devils a 3-0 decision.
The match was statistically even in the first half with each team recording six shots and a pair of corners. The Red Devils held a 9-1 shot advantage in the second half.
Adrianna Rowlands made seven saves for Eastern while Amanda Masterson (Essex Fells, N.J./West Essex) earned the shutout with five stops in the nets for Dickinson.
The Red Devils (3-0-1) return home to face Alvernia University on Tuesday night at 6:00 pm.
