Box Score (Carlisle, Pa.) – The Dickinson women's soccer team improved to 1-0-1 in the Centennial Conference with a 1-0 victory over Muhlenberg College on Saturday afternoon at Miller Memorial Field.
Junior Addy Zandi (West Chester, Pa./B. Reed Henderson) tallied the lone goal of the match, driving a well-placed free-kick under the crossbar in the 84th minute.
The Red Devils dominated the match, statistically, outshooting the visitors 15-5 and held an 8-1 advantage in corners.
Libby Juliano finished with five saves for Muhlenberg while senior Mary Katherine Brosnan (Old Tappan, N.J./Northern Valley Old Tappan) turned away four to earn her fifth shutout of the season.
The Red Devils improve to 5-1-1 overall and 1-0-1 in the conference. They are on the road on Wednesday, traveling to Franklin & Marshall for a 4:00 pm kick-off.
