Box Score (Carlisle, Pa.) - The Dickinson volleyball team returned to the win column, sweeping visiting Lancaster Bible College, 3-0, on Thursday night.
The Red Devils had a solid start and finished strong, posting scores of 25-16, 25-17 and 25-11 to take the match.
Sophomore Hanna Riley (Littlestown, Pa./Littlestown) had a great night at the net, hitting .385 with seven kills and a pair of block assists, adding five digs.
Classmate Jenna Schumann (Plymouth Meeting, Pa./Germantown Academy) added seven digs as well, recording nine digs and a pair of service aces.
Emma Lange (Jupiter, Fla./Benjamin) tallied five digs and three blocks as junior Kristin Allgaier (Reston, Va./South Lakes) dished out 22 assists and eight digs.
Senior Jacqueline Banker (Rockaway Park, N.Y./Archbishop Malloy) picked up 11 digs in the libero position while Tatiana Lopez (Guaynabo, Puerto Rico/Colegio Puertorriqueno de Ninas) added five digs and two aces.
The Red Devils improve to 9-6 on the season. They are home again on Saturday, hosting Ursinus College at 1:00 pm.
