(Elizabethtown, Pa.) – The #13-ranked Dickinson women's cross country team captured its third straight team title of the season, winning the Elizabethtown Short Course Invitational on Friday night.
Junior Isabel Cardi (Media, Pa./Strath Haven) won her second consecutive race with a time of 17:11 with senior Sarah House (Merrimack, N.H./Merrimack) crossing the line second in 17:37.
The Red Devils added three more top-20 performances with junior Emma Johnston (Pelham, N.Y./Pelham) coming in fifth overall with a mark 17:59. Lilianna Matala (Schenectady, N.Y./Notre Dame-Bishop Gibbons) and Kylie Shalala (Conshohocken, Pa./Plymouth-Whitemarsh) came in at 18:41 and 18:44 to finish 17th and 19th, respectively.
The Red Devils scored 44 points with Mt. St. Mary's edging Elizabethtown for second by one point, 74-75.
The Red Devils are home next weekend, hosting the Dickinson Alumni Invitational on homecoming Saturday.
