LANCASTER, Pa. - The Dickinson women's cross country team began their 2026 campaign on Tuesday night with a second-place performance at the Little Three Championship hosted by Franklin and Marshall College.
The Red and White were paced on the day by
Liza Barbash who nabbed fourth with a time of 12:18.9 on the two mile course. The trio of
Meghan Higgins-Haas,
Meghan McGinnis and Tess Nicholas all joined her inside the Top-10 claiming sixth (12:29.4), seventh (12:36.7) and ninth (12:41.0).
Roma Diak was the next to score for the Devils finishing 14th thanks to a mark of 12:49.4, followed by Marley Kurey (18th - 13:10.7) and
Claire Sieminski (23rd - 13:36.2) to conclude the scoring members for Dickinson.
Tara Silverman of the host Diplomats took home the individual title with a time of 11:54.0 to best the field of 44 runners, which helped the home side to earn the team crown with 26 points. Dickinson earned their second-place result with 40 points, while Gettysburg seized third at 56.

Dickinson will return to competition on Friday when they make the short trip to Shippensburg for the Galen Piper Invitational, hosted by Shippensburg University. The race is scheduled to begin at 8pm.
