Coverdale, a 2020 graduate of Centennial Conference rival Franklin & Marshall College with a Bachelor's degree in Biology, joins the Red and White staff after serving as a volunteer coach for the Diplomats last season. She arrives in Carlisle with a tremendous amount of knowledge and experience that she hopes to impart on the Devils as she was able to compete in both the 2019 Division III National Championship as well as the 2017 Final Four. Coverdale, racked up the individual honors while at F&M as she garnered three All-American selections and was chosen as the Centennial Conference Player of the Year twice. Coverdale left Lancaster as a multi-record holder for the Blue and White leading the way in goals (56), points (136), and game-winning goals (18). She then went onto pursue a nursing degree at DeSales University in Center Valley, Pennsylvania and currently serves as an Emergency Room Nurse.
