2024 Season
Appeared in all 17 games off the bench for the Red and White. On the season, she collected four goals and one assist, while also chipping in eight draw controls, four loose balls and two caused turnovers. During a two-game stretch over Spring Break against Ohio Wesleyan and Washington & Jefferson she scored in both games with a groundball and one caused turnover.

High School and Club Info: Played varsity all four years at Bishop Lynch High School in Texas. She was a two-time State-Finalist while with the Friars. She also holds Bishop Lynch school records for goals in a single season (50), draw controls in a season (50), groundballs in a season (32), assists in a season (13), and most goals in a game (9). Nowland played club for both OC Aces and Dallas GRIT '22. 

Family Info: Daughter of Andrew and Tara Nowland. Mother Tara played Division I volleyball at Idaho State University. Cousin Kaden Reynolds runs track at UCLA, previously at Princeton University, while another cousin Sydney Reynolds played football at the University of Chicago.
