Meg Tate

Tate joined the women’s soccer coaching staff in April 2024 after graduating from Dickinson and earning her undergraduate degree in May 2023. She spent the fall of 2023 at Drexel University, playing and working towards earning her Master’s degree in Sports Business.

During her playing career at Dickinson, Tate served as a two-year captain and helped lead the team to two Centennial Conference final appearances, as well as the NCAA Sweet Sixteen during her freshman campaign. She was a three-time First-Team All-Centennial selection, three-time Second-Team All-Region selection, Centennial Conference Rookie of the Year, and Centennial Conference Offensive Player of the Year.

Tate has joined the staff as an assistant coach and recruiting coordinator. In addition, she is taking leading roles in the team’s strength and conditioning program, scout and film review, and coordinating alumni relations events. She will also be coaching club soccer for Keystone FC while pursuing her USSF licensing.

A native of Carlisle, PA, Tate attended Carlisle High School and played club soccer for Keystone FC and Eagle FC.
