Dickinson College field hockey team suffered a 2-0 setback on the
road at Juniata on Wednesday. The Eagles tallied a goal in each
half to improve to 6-2 on the season, the Red Devils slip to
2-4. | 
 
Kim Amrod struck with the game-winner, 28 minutes into the
contest off an assist from Paula Price. Price controlled a loose
ball in front of the cage and tapped it in for an insurance goal in
the 41st minute.
 
Juniata held a 17-6 advantage in shots while the Devils had the
edge in penalty corners, 8-7.
 
Senior goaltender Amanda West (Harleysville,
Pa./North Penn)made eight saves for the Devils. Denalyn
Spratt stopped for shots in 63 minutes of action for Juniata.
 
The Red Devils return home to face #5-ranked Ursinus College on
Saturday at 12:00 pm.
