Perlmutter had another great chance just seconds later, but Eagle goaltender Amanda Harper was there to make a big save.
The Red Devil defense came up big as first-year Danielle Schwab (Highland, Md./River Hill) cleared a shot off the goal line with a defensive save on a Bridgewater penalty corner.

First-year Lily Mott (Berwyn, Pa./Conestoga) came up with a pair of defensive saves behind junior goaltender Emily Fuss (Newtown Square, Pa./Academy of Notre Dame), who finished with nine saves on the afternoon.
Harper made five saves for Bridgewater as the Red Devils held a 16-4 advantage in penalty corners. The Devils held the edge in shots as well, 18-13, outshooting the Eagles, 11-6 in the second half.
