Inside the Devils Den
Fireside Review - DEVILS 29, WPU 17
After a slow first quarter that saw only two points scored when the William Paterson punter was forced to kick the ball out the back of the endzone. Both teams would find the endzone inside the final five minutes of the second frame as Princeton Douglass took a 55-yard swing pass from Presley Egbers to the house, before Christopher Leimberg hit Matt Clarke for a 19-yard strike to let DC take a 9-7 edge to the break. In the third period, Dickinson bumped the lead out to 15-7 thanks to a Noah Boyd 27-yard romp. However, Robert Crehan picked up a 33-yard field goal to bring the gap to 15-10 through three. The Devils would add two more TDs in a five-minute stretch of the fourth with Egbers running for a 36-yard score, followed by a five-yard gallop by Diante Ball. Taz Burton added a 24-yard TD reception in the final minute to set the 29-17 result.

The Offensive General
Egbers was efficient in start number two going 11-for-24 racking up 111 yards with one touchdown each rushing and passing, while tossing one pick. On the season he is completing about 47% of his passes (34-73) for 366 yards and three scores posting a 99.51 passer rating.

Rushing Attack
Once again Ball paced the DC backfield with 23 touches totaling 133 yards and one score averaging 5.8 per touch. Egbers scampered for 30 yards himself tallying one score in the process, while Boyd made the most of his two rushes averaging 17 yards per run with a touchdown. Douglass chipped in four carries for 15 yards.

Pass Catchers
Egbers once again shared the rock effectively finding four different targets on the afternoon led by Douglass who pulled in four for 76 yards and one score, which included a 55 yard TD reception. Bryce Peterson grabbed three balls for 19 yards. The duo of Leon Friebel and Ball combined for four catches and 16 yards.
