LANCASTER, Pa. - Coming off a 2-0 week which included a win in their conference opener, the Dickinson volleyball team was honored with their second Centennial Conference Offensive Player of the Week recognition as sophomore setter
Lora Flynn was chosen as the winner the league office announced on Tuesday morning.
Flynn the resident of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, was a key cog in the Red Devils week that included a 3-1 non-conference win over DeSales and a 3-1 victory over Ursinus in their Centennial Conference opener. Over the course of two matches she totaled 48 assists across the two matches for an average of 6.0 assists per set. She also contributed four kills and four blocks.Â
Flynn and the rest of her teammates are back in action on Wednesday night when they head to Baltimore, Maryland for a conference matchup with ninth-ranked Johns Hopkins University beginning at 7pm inside of Goldfarb Gymnasium.
