NORMAN, Okla. - Dickinson men's golf rising senior
Collin McMahon-Shea added yet another impressive accolade to his already impressive junior campaign on Wednesday afternoon as he was named a Third Team All-American by the Golf Coaches Association of America.
McMahon-Shea earned his place on the team, after ranking 17th nationally and second in the region averaging 71.6 per round and posting six Top-3 finishes and winning a trio of tournaments (The Gauntlet, Dickinson Spring Invitational, Gettysburg Spring Shootout) during the 2024-2025 campaign. He became the first member of Dickinson golf to qualify for the NCAA Division III Tournament since the 1996 season when the Red and White were the Centennial Conference Champion. McMahon-Shea also becomes the first men's golfer to receive All-American honors since Head Coach
Darwin Breaux took over the team.
McMahon-Shea and the rest of the Red Devils will try to build on a strong 24-25 season when the 25-26 slate opens up on Sunday, September 7th with Day One of the Dickinson College Invitational at Carlisle Barracks Golf Club.
