CARLISLE, Pa. - The Dickinson women's track and field team had a busy weekend, competing at two events across the Commonwealth. While the majority of the team competed at the Alvernia PLEX Shootout, Liza Barbash traveled to the Penn State National Open. The team found success all around, tallying two wins from
Meghan Higgins-Haas and
Erin Olsavsky.

Sprints

First-year Amanda Hoglund finished fourteenth in the 60m hurdles with a time of 10.74.

In the 60m prelims, first-year Angie Braun advanced with an eighth place effort of 8.16.
- Senior Erin Olsavsky won the 200m with a strong 26.10 performance, and sophomore Emily Chaine finished sixteenth in 28.73.

Relays
- Dickinson's A relay of Hoglund, Lauren Scott, Chaine, and Culberson finished fourth in the 4x400 relay, clocking a 4:39.65.
Field

Hoglund cleared 1.50m to place sixth in the high jump.

In the long jump, Braun took thirteenth at 4.80m and Hoglund finished fifteenth with a 4.73m effort.

Junior Damien Labrada placed sixth in the shot put with 11.16m, followed by sophomore Sarah Glickson in thirteenth at 10.02m.

Labrada also took eighth in the weight throw with 14.24m, while Glickson finished seventeenth at 11.89m.
PSU National Open Results
- Sophomore Liza Barbash competed in the 5000m, taking 12th place with a time of 18:15.29.
