HERSHEY, Pa. - The Dickinson men's golf team was back in action on Thursday afternoon by taking part in the Elizabethtown College Spring Invitational at Hershey Country Club East Course. The Red and White put forth a very strong effort on the day earning a second-place finish in the 12 team event.
Luke Vance paced the lineup for the Devils by carding a four-over 75 on the 7061-yard, par 71 course. Three strokes in back of him was Vicent Carr who ended with a 78. The pair of
Ryan Wheeler and
Jake Goldberg finished within a shot of each other posting an 82 and 83 respectively.
Colin Vineberg rounded out the competing DC athletes at 84.
Ethan Crabb from conference foe McDaniel College fired a two-over 73 to hold off the group of Shawn Williams (Alvernia), Ryan Henneman (Salisbury), Dylan Muso (McDaniel) and Vance by two strokes.Â
