SHIPPENSBURG, Pa. – The Dickinson men's track and field team collected three wins and multiple Top-10 finishes on Saturday afternoon at the Paul Kaiser Track and Field Classic hosted by Shippensburg University in their final tune-up for the conference championship meet next weekend.
Sprints
Jack Shronk competed in the 100m posting a time of 11.59 for 31st.
Trevor Richwine grabbed a win in the 400m by hitting the line in 48.51, while two spots behind him was
Owen Buroker (50.22).
Dylan Elder also took part in the event clocking in at 55.89. With hurdles put down at the same distance
Owen Seveland notched another win for the Red and White with a time of 54.88.
Barrett Chalmers and
Benjamin Dench landed within a spot of each other taking 12th (1:00.34) and 13th (1:00.38).
Walker Crochet also finished inside the Top-20 claiming 18th (1:01.31).
The group of
James Masterson (2:02.79),
Landen Springer (2:05.03),
Sean Harris (2:05.94) and
Alexander Radishofski (2:10.03) were all on the track for the 800m
Distance
Three members of the Red and White earned Top-20 finishes during the 1500m with
Alex Hansen and
Benjamin Moseman grabbing 16th (4:11.64) and 17th (4:11.70) respectively, while Griffin McConnville nabbed 20th (4:15.43).
Jack Solovey competed as well hitting at 4:50.48.
Atticus Fair claimed the title for the 3000m steeplechase by hitting the stripe in 9:58.45.
Dickinson sent a large group out to take part in the 5000m with Eddie Liszka clocking in at 16:17.44 for sixth, while
Andrew Edwards earned tenth with a 16:30.62.
Jacob Sokatch and Jake Hennessy hit the line in 12th (16:41.54) and 13th (16:46.36).
Wiley Mulholland rounded out the Top-20 at 17:04.54.
Relays
The team of Buroker, Harris, Radishofski and Springer completed the podium for the 4x400m clocking in at 3:45.81.
Field
Oliver Stroka took fourth place for the hammer throw by landing at 53.33m, while grabbing 20th during the discus with a mark of 37.09m. Daniel Echeverri nabbed 21st in the shot put thanks to a toss of 11.41m. The javelin saw two Devils compete with
Damon Buchanan and Echeverri taking up sixth (51.80m) and ninth (45.46m).
At the jump pit,
Evan Feldman finished in 18th after dropping in at 11.21m.

Dickinson returns to action next Friday to take part in day one of the Centennial Conference Championships at Gettysburg College.
