(Westminster, Md.) - The Red Devil men's tennis team swept McDaniel College 9-0 for its seventh win of the season, improving to 3-1 in the Centennial Conference.

The Devils rolled in singles, winning five straight set decisions and an 8-2 pro-set in the number six flight. Ross Anstaett (Winnetka, Ill./New Trier Twp.) and Will Golinkin (Houston, Texas/Kincaid) claimed the first and second singles flights, and combined for an 8-2 win in doubles.

Kurt Mendelson (Wilmington, Del./Brandwine) captured the third flight, (6-0, 6-0), and teamed with David London (Chevy Chase, Md./Maret School) for an 8-2 doubles victory. London posted the 8-2 in the six spot.

Dixon Blue (Westminster, Md./McDonogh) and Ari Blask (Chevy Chase, Md./Charles E. Smith) survived a tight match in doubles, 9-8 (7-3), and posted straight set wins in the fourth and fifth singles flights.

The Red Devils improve to 7-3 overall and 3-1 in the conference. They return home to host Haverford College at 12:00 pm on Saturday.
