(Carlisle, Pa.) - The Dickinson College men's tennis team captured the top two singles flights, but dropped a Centennial Conference match to visiting Haverford, 7-2, on Saturday afternoon.

Senior Ross Anstaett (Winnetka, Ill./New Trier Township) won a battle in the top singles flight, holding off Kevin Caulfield (2-6, 7-6, 11-9). Will Golinkin (Houston, Texas/Kindaid) claimed the second flight, 7-5, 6-1.

Anstaett and Golinkin put up a fight in doubles, suffering an 8-6 setback in the top flight. Senior Kurt Mendelson (Wilmington, Del./Brandywine) put up a challenge in the third singles flight, falling 6-4, 3-6, 6-2.

The Red Devils slip to 6-4 overall and 2-2 in the conference. Haverford improves to 3-5 and 3-0. The Red Devils travel to Gettysburg on Tuesday for a 3:30 match with the Bullets.
