(Gettysburg, Pa.) – The #9-ranked Dickinson College men's lacrosse team ended a 36-game drought with a 9-6 win at Gettysburg on Wednesday afternoon. Gleason returned the favor, feeding Cherry for an extra-man goal just 11 seconds into the fourth after the Bullets were flagged for unnecessary roughness following Kingsley's goal in the third.
Chris Fumai answered at the 11:04 mark, but Beitel would find the net twice in a span of just over a minute with assists from Kingsley and B.J. West (Summit, N.J./Summit). Kingsley would pick up another assist at the 5:04 mark as long-stick midfielder Brandon Palladino (Basking Ridge, N.J./Basking Ridge) scored in transition to put the Devils in control, 9-4, with 5:04 to play.
Tesar and Sartory would tack on two more for the Bullets in the final 1:25 to make the final, 9-6. The Bullets fall to 6-5 overall and 2-2 in the Centennial Conference.
