LANCASTER, Pa. – Coming off another strong Spring season, Dickinson College was well-represented on the Centennial Conference Academic Honor Roll as 102 student-athletes were honored on the list as announced by the league office on Thursday morning.

For his accomplishments both in the classroom and on the field of competition men's lacrosse senior short-stick defensive midfielder Sam Bunten was selected as the Centennial Conference Scholar-Athlete of the Year for his sport after posting the highest cumulative GPA out of the athletes that were named to the All-Conference Team

To make the Centennial Conference Academic Honor Roll, student-athletes must be a sophomore or higher in standing and have a cumulative GPA of 3.40 or above. 

Bunten and the rest of the men's lacrosse team topped the list for the Red and White with 19 honorees, followed right behind by men's track and field with 18. They were then followed by baseball (15), women's track & field (14), women's lacrosse (13), softball (9), men's golf (5), women's tennis (4), women's golf (3) and men's tennis (1).
