Devils Suffer 7-2 Setback in Season Finale

(Lancaster, Pa.) – The Dickinson College men's team suffered a 7-2 setback to #26-nationally ranked Franklin & Marshall in its regular season finale on Friday afternoon.

 

Senior David London (Chevy Chase, Md./Maret School) earned both points for the Red Devils. He joined first-year Jonathan Brittin (McLean, Va./Landon) for a 8-2 win in the third doubles flight, and posted a three-set singles win over Alec Turner (6-7[5-7], 6-2, 11-9).

 

Will Golinkin (Houston, Texas/Kincaid) turned in a strong match in the top singles flight, falling 6-4, 6-2. Ari Blask (Chevy Chase, Md./Charles E. Smith) also battled in singles, suffering a 6-4, 6-3 decision.

 

The Red Devils finish even at 8-8 overall and slip to 4-5 in Centennial Conference play.
