(Baltimore, Md.) – The Dickinson men's tennis team played well in a hard fought match at Division I Loyola University on Wednesday. The Greyhounds improved to 11-5 on the season with a 6-1 victory, but it did not come that easily.

Loyola earned the doubles point as Bobby Gorczakowski and Connor Pietrak won their school record 21st match of the season. The Red Devils battled in the third flight before falling 9-7.

Chris Mueller-Wolf (Hamburg, Germany/Pennington, N.Y.) posted a three-set win over Gorczakowski in the top singles flight to pull the Devils even (4-6, 6-2, 6-4).

The Greyhounds claimed the remaining five flights, however, to earn the win.

The Red Devils return to Centennial Conference action on Saturday, traveling to Swarthmore College for a 1:00 pm match. More detail to follow.
