Gamber, Glasson Place Fourth to Lead Devils at F&M

(Lancaster, Pa.) – The Dickinson men's indoor track & field team opened the season at the Diplomat Open, hosted by Franklin & Marshall College on Saturday.

Senior Devon Glasson (Canton, Conn./Canton) led the way with a fourth place finish in the shot put while sophomore Adam Gamber (Greensburg, Pa./Hempfield) cleared 4.10 meters to place fourth in the pole vault.

Sophomore Thomas Riordan (Campbell, S.C./Landrum) ran to fifth in the 800 meters and crossed the line 11th in the mile, finishing just behind first-year Reuben Winston (Potomac, Md./Charles E. Smith), who came in 10th.

Garrett Randall (Gwynn Oak, Md./Loyola-Blakefield) and Michael Murphy (West Pittston, Pa./West Pittston) clocked times of 24.68 and 24.76 in the 200 meters while Marcus Robinson (Bowie, Md./St. Mary's Ryken) posted a mark of 7.34 in the 60 meter dash.

There was no team scoring for the event. The Red Devils are set to travel to the Haverford Invitational next Saturday.
