(Carlisle, Pa.) – The Dickinson men's tennis team rose above .500 with a 6-3 win at Muhlenberg College on Tuesday afternoon.
The Red Devils led 2-1 after doubles as Derek Chen (Cranbury Township, Pa./Cranbury Township) and Joey Bolanos (San Salvador, El Salvador/Escuelas Americas) won at the number two spot, 8-3, and Bryce Perritt (Allentown, Pa./Lawrenceville) held on in the third flight, 9-7.
Chen rallied from a 5-1 deficit with six straight points to win the second flight (6-3, 7-6, (7-5)).
Bolanos and Reese posted straight set wins in the fourth and sixth flights while senior Samuel Loring (New York, N.Y./Blair Academy) won at number three, 6-3, 6-1.
The Red Devils finish 9-8 overall and 3-6 in the Centennial Conference.
