CARLISLE, Pa. - The Dickinson men's tennis had no issues on Wednesday afternoon picking up a big Centennial Conference win as the Red and White cruised past the visiting Muhlenberg College Mules 9-0 at the Hays Tennis Courts.
Doubles (DEVILS 3-0)
The doubles matches were dominated by the Red Devils as the pairs of Garrick Adams and Thomas Griffin along with DJ Finnell and Levi Veleanu allowed the Muhlenberg teams to win just one game. At the third slot, the duo of Florian Anderson and Romano De Caprio were awarded the victory as the Mules did not provide competition.
Singles (DEVILS 6-0)
The first spot was occupied by Adams and he had to fight hard to hold off Daniel Kantor 6-1, 7-5. Griffin and Anderson at the second and third slots surrendered just one game each to Andrey Agajanov and Josh Benson. Matt Presite picked up a victory at fourth singles pretty convincingly knocking off Isaac Shulman 6-2, 6-1. The only match to go all three sets was at the fifth spot where Buckley Huffsteler rallied back from a 7-6 loss in the first against Matthew Wagner to win the following two sets for the 6-7, 6-3, 10-7 victory. Nick Kohler won at six singles unopposed.
