Shoremen Spoil Senior Day for Devils

CARLISLE, Pa. - The Dickinson men's tennis team wrapped up the conference portion of their home schedule on Sunday afternoon by welcoming the Shoremen of Washington College to the Hays Tennis Courts. Unfortunately, for the Red and White they came out on the wrong-end of a 9-0 decision.

Doubles (Shoremen 3-0)
The first two matches could have gone either way as the top pair of Garrick Adams and Will Lewis as well as Thomas Griffin and Levi Veleanu playing in the two slot both dropped matches 5-8. The third duo of Florian Anderson and DJ Finnell grabbed three game during a 3-8 setback.

Singles (Shoremen 6-0)
Unfortunately for Dickinson they would fall in each match in straight sets. Veleanu in the third spot won a total of five games, but lost to Jack Fanshawe (3-6, 2-6). Adams (1st) and Griffin (2nd) both suffered 2-6, 1-6 defeats to Karl Hoegstedt and Landon Strober respectively. Lewis claimed two games off of Ravichandran (1-6, 1-6). The five and six slots occupied by Anderson and Nick Kohler only played one set each versus Christian Gruyon (2-8) and Brady Burns (0-8).
