RED OUT BIDDLE!
We want all Dickinson fans in RED as we attempt to secure our third straight Centennial Conference Championship!

Weather Advisory!
Saturday looks to be a wet and rainy affair so be prepared with your rain gear as we want RED DEVIL NATION to be out in full support and voice as they were last weekend! Umbrellas will be permitted inside the stadium, but must not be infringing upon another spectator's view of the action.

Regular Season Meeting - #7 DEVILS 12, #19 Bullets 8
After Dickinson fell behind early on a Quinton Mather goal, it became the Matt Thurston show as he found the back of the net four times while Colin Williams struck once to give the hosts a 5-1 edge through one. Gettysburg would then flip the script on the Red and White during the second as Jack Dunleavy, Will Hedley, Charlie Johnson and Mather accounted for four of the five goals in the frame with Sam Campbell scoring for DC to leave it at 6-5 going to the break. Dunleavy opened up the third with a goal just 57-seconds in to level the score (6-6), before Sascha Gannon, Ethan Gess, James Isaacson and Thurston ripped off four in a row for a 10-6 lead. Dunleavy found his second of the quarter to cut it to 10-7 entering the fourth, but unassisted strikes by Isaacson and Williams surrounded a goal for Dunleavy for the 12-8 final.

Schedule Overview

Dickinson began the season "flying high" winning their first five games toppling  #17 Stevens in overtime 10-9 in the opener, before besting Scranton (12-9), Roanoke (15-13), #20 Kenyon (13-8) and Stevenson (14-6). The Red and White then returned to Stevenson University for their annual visit to the Mustang Classic taking on #5 Christopher Newport falling 17-9, before bringing down #10 York College of Pennsylvania 11-8 less than 24-hours later. After their trip to the Classic, the Devils opened up conference play with a pair of wins over Muhlenberg (11-6) and Franklin & Marshall (13-6). They then secured their second overtime win of the year by knocking off St. Mary's College of Maryland 13-12, prior to picking up two more conference victories against Washington (Md.) (12-7) and McDaniel (16-5). Dickinson then ventured to then #11 (now #4) Swarthmore for a battle of the top teams in the CC. Unfortunately, the Garnet got the best of DC with a 12-11 win on that day. However, the Devils answered the bell in a big way by ending the regular season with a three-game winning streak over #19 Gettysburg (12-8), Haverford (12-11) and Ursinus (17-8).

Chance to Three-Peat
Last year the Red and White became the first program to repeat as Centennial Conference champion since the 2015 and 2016 Gettysburg College teams. This year's group of Red Devils will look to become the first school to post a three-peat since Dickinson accomplished that feat back in 2011, 2012 and 2013.

Home Sweet Home
Dickinson is a perfect 7-0 at Biddle Field this season and have won their previous four home CC title game matchups with the most recent coming last season over Swarthmore. Over this outstanding three-year run the Devils hold a mark of 26-1 in Carlisle across all competitions.

Record Breaker
With his two assists in Thursday's semifinal against Muhlenberg Skyler Schluter became the all-time career points leader at Dickinson with 227 on 86 goals and 141 assists. He surpassed the previous tally of 226 set by Brian Cannon who played between 2011-2014.

40-40 Club
The duo of Porter and Schluter have combined for an even 95 points on the campaign as both have eclipsed the 40-point plateau. Porter leads the team in goals with 34 and has chipped in 13 assists, while Schluter has 14 markers with a team-high 34 helpers.

The Rest of the Attack
Dickinson has six other players that have tallied ten or more goals on the campaign led by Thurston (33) followed by, Gannon (27), Gess (15), Campbell and Issacson (12). The trio of Mac Childs, Cullen Mulhern and Williams have joined together to bury the rock 25 times as well.

Sharing the Rock
While Porter and Schluter have been responsible for most of the Devils assists this season combining for 45, the group of Liam Carney, Gannon, Isaacson, Mulhern and Thurston have all handed out five or more.

Strong Defensive Backbone
After having to find their way a little early in the year the Dickinson defense has been a main reason that the Red and White find themselves back in the postseason as five players have forced double-digit turnovers, including a trio with 20 or more. Xander Usich ranks tops on the team with 31, while Evan Karetsos and Ethan Ackerman have 24 and 21 respectively. Jack Deady has added 17, followed by Capp Reynolds who has forced 16.

Strong at the Dot
John McKee continues to be the top man at the X for the Red and White going 219-of-354 for a .619 win percentage. Ben Trucksess has been a nice change of pace posting a mark of 34-of-64 (53.1%), while Andrew Atkins is 3-of-7.

The Keepers of the Cage
Senior Patrick Scarborough has been outstanding in his first full season as the Devils starting keeper. On the year, he holds a 14-2 record with a .538 save percentage and a 9.52 goals-against average which ranks him second in the conference. Rocco Bognet has also chipped in nearly 65 minutes between the pipes posting a 1-0 mark winning his first collegiate start against McDaniel with seven saves.

At the Battlefield (10-7, 4-4 Centennial)
Gettysburg arrives in Historic Carlisle prepared for battle in the conference title game for the second time in the last three seasons. The Bullets come in feeling quite confident having won a pair of road games already this week knocking off Washington College (13-11) on Tuesday in the 4/5 game, before using an early explosion on Thursday to hold-off the top-seeded Swarthmore College (13-12). The visitors will bring a balanced attack into the matchup as they have seven players with double-digits goals paced by Quinton Mather with 41 which ranks third in the conference. Jack Dunleavy has cleared the 30-plus mark at 34, while Charlie Johnson falls just outside that number (29). Patrick Maroney (21), Ethan Kessler (18), Jackson Hearn and Stokes Myers (14) complete the attacking group. At the faceoff X, Michael Voehringer will have to slow down McKee as he has gone 138-312 for a .442 winning percentage and has tracked down a team-high 63 groundballs, while Tate Kuster has added a 31-98 with 15 loose balls. Gettysburg will look to cause chaos for Dickinson on the defensive end as the group of Frank Barbera, Brian Delduchetto, Will Hedley and Andy Marquet have all forced 20 or more turnovers on the season. Chase Morgan has started all games in cage for the Bullets posting a record of 10-7 with a 10.40 goals-against average and a .517 save percentage. Gettysburg is coached by Peter Toner in his third season.

What's At Stake
The winner of Saturday's game will claim the automatic berth in NCAA Tournament for the Centennial Conference, while the loser would have to wait until Sunday evening to see if they earn a spot in the field of 38.
