From the Mind of Coach Chapoy
- Thoughts on Schedule
- We feel our out of conference schedule is filled with very strong opponents and will get us ready for the tough Centennial Conference schedule ahead of us which is one of the toughest in all of Division III.
- What have you seen in the preseason that has you excited about the season?
- The team culture is in a great place, the players are very united and genuinely enjoy being around each other which can be very powerful. The level of competition in training has been very high with a high level of caring and that is quite encouraging.
- How have your first-years acclimated to the college game so far?
- They are all very good guys with great personalities, the upperclassmen and staff love being around them. They have definitely improved our program in many ways, not just soccer and I can't wait for our fans to see them in action.
- What is your outlook for the year ahead?
- We hope to make our alumni, family, friends and fans extremely proud to be associated with the program by displaying a very high level of competition, always caring more than the opponent and playing for each other, but most importantly the program and the college. If we can do all these things we should have a successful season.
