CARLISLE, Pa. - After claiming their first Centennial Conference crown since 2011 the Dickinson men's soccer team will continue their season on Saturday afternoon when they begin their NCAA Tournament run at the friendly confines of Miller Memorial Field when the Red and White take on the Battling Bishops of North Carolina Wesleyan University at 1pm, before Washington & Lee University faces off with Denison University at 3:30pm.

Schedule Overview
- Dickinson opened the season with back-to-back ties at Virginia Wesleyan (1-1) and at Christopher Newport (0-0) respectively.
- The Devils then ran off six consecutive wins over Salisbury (2-0), Widener (2-0), Messiah (3-0), Alvernia (5-1), Shenandoah (1-0) and the conference opener against Ursinus (4-1).
- The Red and White then posted five wins and five ties during their next ten matches to secure the top seed in the Centennial Conference Tournament.
- The postseason for the Devils has been quite impressive so far as they have outscored their two opponents by a combined 7-0. First, they picked up a 3-0 win over Muhlenberg in the Semifinal, before knocking off Johns Hopkins 4-0 for the conference title on Sunday.
Home Sweet Home
- Dickinson has been really good at home so far this campaign as they posted a 7-0-3 mark at Miller Memorial Field.
All-Conference Honors
- The Red and White had eight athletes named to the All-Conference Team, in addition to having Head Coach Jorge Chapoy and his staff be named the CC Staff of the Year for the second straight season.
- Nicholas Dwamena, Luke Finkielstein, Saul Iwowo, Ethan Jarden and Jackson were all tabbed for the First Team with Iwowo being chosen as the CC Offensive Player of the Year for the second consecutive year.
- Keeper Nick Potter nabbed a spot on the Second Team.
- Jeremy Sallade garnered Honorable Mention, while Patrick McCune was chosen to the All-Sportsmanship Team.
Dynamic Duo
- The All-Conference pair of Iwowo and Jarden have been hard to stop this season combining for 44 points on 19 goals (seven match-winners) and six helpers on 112 shots (51 on target).

Holding Down the Backline
- The defensive group of Finkielstein, Fryberger, McCune and Wolf among many others have been vital in solidifying the Devils backline all season long helping to post a dozen shutouts.
Keeper of the Cage
- Potter has been outstanding for the Red and White as the full-time starter going 13-0-6 between the sticks with an .825 save percentage (33 saves) and a 0.40 goals-against average.
- Sophomore Gavin Marr has made four appearances as well making five stops en route to a 0-0-1 record, while Aidan George notched two appearances in relief.
The Checkmate Report (9-8-2, 4-1-2 USA South Conference)
Schedule Overview
- NC Wesleyan opened the year off a little rough dropping six of their opening eight matches with victories coming over Oglethorpe (2-1) and Averett (2-1).
- The Battling Bishops began conference action with a 1-0 setback to Pfeiffer, but then collected positive results against William Peace (3-3), Southern Virginia (2-1), Mary Baldwin (4-1) and a non-conference victory versus Mary Washington (1-0).
- They continued the great run by knocking off Brevard on Senior Day 4-2, before downing Greensboro (2-1) and notching a draw from Methodist (0-0).
- In the USA South Conference Tournament, they opened up with a Semifinal win over William Peace (3-2) and then took down Methodist by the same margin to claim the title as well as the automatic berth.

Schedule Overview
- Denison began the season on fire opening with five consecutive shutouts outscoring the opposition 16-0 and advancing all the way up the poll to the number one team in the nation.
- Following a 3-3 tie with Otterbein, the Big Red grabbed four straight wins over Centre (2-0), Marietta (2-0), Capital (3-0) and Kenyon (2-1).
- Denison continued to keep on rolling throughout the regular season picking up two more ties and four wins with their lone blemish coming on October 15th when DePauw defeated them by a score of 1-0.
- In the NCAC Tournament, they opened up with a 2-1 win in the semifinals at home over Wooster, before dropping the conference title on the road to DePauw by a scoreline of 3-1.

Schedule Overview
- It was a bit of a slow start for W&L as the began with three ties and two losses in the first five matches.
- Win number one of the season came on September 20th when they pounded Regent by a score of 7-0. That started a string of eight wins over ten games with the other two fixtures ending in draws.
- The Generals would split their final two contests being tripped up by Lynchburg (0-2), but knocking off Bridgwater (2-0) in the regular season finale.
- W&L would then post wins in the ODAC Tournament over Randolph-Macon (1-0) and Hampden-Sydney (2-0), before dropping the title match by a score of 2-1 to Lynchburg.
