He has recruited players from markets as diverse as West Africa and Europe, leveraging multilingual communication to build trust with families and high school coaches. His ability to navigate cross-cultural dynamics will be instrumental as Dickinson seeks to expand its reach at national showcases and international competitions.
Coulibaly expressed enthusiasm for his new role: "Joining Dickinson College is an honor. I'm excited to work alongside Coach Chapoy and our talented players to elevate this program. My goal is to help each student-athlete realize their potential on the field, in the classroom, and beyond."
