CARLISLE, Pa. – Following a magical season on the field, the Dickinson field hockey team was recognized for their outstanding accomplishments in the classroom by earning numerous academic honors from the National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA). The Red and White earned National Academic Team honor as well as had 16 athletes named to the NFHCA National Academic Squad with five being named Scholars of Distinction.
The Division III National Academic Squad program honors student-athletes who have achieved a cumulative grade-point average of 3.5 or higher through the first semester of the academic year. The Scholars of Distinction program recognizes student-athletes who have achieved a cumulative grade-point average of 3.9 or higher through the first semester of the academic year.
The NFHCA National Academic Team Award recognizes programs that earned a team grade-point average of 3.5 or higher during the fall semester of the academic year. Dickinson had an impressive 3.61 team GPA in the fall of 2025.
