(Allentown, Pa.) - The Dickinson College women's tennis team held a 2-1 lead after doubles, but fell to host Muhlenberg, 6-3, on Tuesday afternoon.

The Mules captured the first singles flight, but Joelle Nitzberg (W. Windsor, N.J./W. Windsor Plainsboro S.) and Carla Cox (Moorestown, N.J./Moorestown) earned the point in the second, 8-4.

Sarah Woodward (Scarsdale, N.Y./Eastchester) and Leigh Oczkowski (Binghamton, N.Y./Seton Catholic) gave the Devils a 2-1 advantage, winning the third flight, 8-6.

First-year Shannon Lavery (Huntington, W. Va./Huntington) earned the Devils' lone singles point, winning the third flight 3-6, 6-4, 10-7.

The Red Devils slip to 6-8 overall and 4-5 in the Centennial Conference. Muhlenberg clinched a conference playoff berth, improving to 9-4 and 7-3 on the year.
