Garlinger doubled in the second inning and moved to second on a sacrifice bunt from Lindsey Torlincasi (King's Park, N.Y./King's Park). She came in to tie the game on an error by the catcher, knotting the game, 3-3.

A lead-off triple by Alyssa Cantalini led to another Susquehanna run in the third. Garlinger drove in sophomore Casey Ditzler (Cleona, Pa./Annville-Cleona) to pull Dickinson even again, 4-4.

Swade put the Devils in front, 5-4, scoring off an RBI from sophomore Nicole Piet (Robbinsville, N.J./Robbinsville) in the fourth inning.

The Crusaders answered with a pair of unearned runs in the sixth inning as Cantalini drove in two runs when SU loaded the bases after a two-out error.

Dickinson tallied six hits in the inning, including a two-run double by Ditzler and two-run single from Stacie Maring (Woodbine, Md./South Carroll).

Edelson drew a walk and added an RBI double in the inning as the Devils stretched the lead to 12-6 at the end of the sixth.
