Inside the Game
  •  After Dickinson went down in order to start the game against Brendan Trotta, the home side came to bat versus Nolan Ross. With one away Robert Murphy singled to left, before two batters later Will Stellato sent a 3-2 pitch over the left field wall making it 2-0 through one.
  • Kyle Bailey opened the second with a walk, before he was erased on a double play hit into by Luke Gartland. Miguel Reich was next and he flew out to center. Doubles by Jack Amirata and Will Roche in the home-half resulted in one more crossing for the Bullets.
  • The third inning saw each side score. First, with one away both Ben Milligan and Matt Conforti reached on errors which set the stage for an RBI single from Will Ferris. Ross began the last of the frame in a good rhythm by getting back-to-back ground outs, but then a hit batter and two walks loaded the bags for Brendan Laqui. Unfortunately for Ross, Laqui put the ball beyond the left field fence for a grand slam and a 7-1 advantage.
  • A double for Bailey, walk to Gartland and single by Freeman Hunt had the bags full for Milligan with one out. He produced an RBI with a ground out to short which was followed immediately by a two-run two-bagger for Conforti cutting it down to 7-4. Zach Klein then entered the game from the pen and retired Dylan Posencheg and Ferris to kill the rally. Zander Leckszas became the second arm of the day to start the home-half of the fourth. Henry Smith started things with a single to right center and moved up 90 feet on an error. A ground out by Will Bercaw bumped him to third, before Murphy came up with a sac fly to right. Mike Coleman then stepped into the box and picked up the third homer of the game for the home side making it 9-4.
  • The fifth was where the Bullets took complete command as they racked up seven runs on five hits to stretch the advantage to 16-4.
  • Dickinson was able to scratch one across during the top of sixth as singles for Hunt, Milligan, Conforti and Posencheg accounted for the offense. The seventh saw Johnny Bruno and Gartland draw walks, but two fly outs and a strikeout closed out the game.
